The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF) is pleased to invite proposals from eligible National Consultant (Individual) to provide consultancy services for :

Gap and Need Assessment for Department of Macro-Fiscal and Development Finance (DMDF), Ministry of Finance (MoF) as the National Designated Authority (NDA) to Green Climate Fund (GCF).
