Ms. Ngawang Chhoedron serves as the independent member to the Board Governance and Audit Committee (GAC) of BTF. Presently she works as Project Manager, under the Center of Excellence for ESG, Druk Holding and Investment (DHI). She has  an ample of experience in Corporate performance management and enhancement of corporate governance and strategic plans.

She is an enthusiastic and skilled young professional with a diverse background in technology, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

She has educational background in Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology completed from College of the Atlantic, United States.
