Passang joined Bhutan Trust Fund in 27^th December, 2004 as a Driver/Messenger. He carries out driving and messenger duties to support the efficient functioning of the secretariat. He completed class 8 from Dremtse Jr High school, Mongar. He has worked in Jigme Singye Wangchuk National Park for four years. He is from Kurtakey, Jurmed, Mongar Dzongkhag.
