Rinchen Wangmo is the Procurement Officer of the BTF. She joined the trust fund in October 2014 as Assistant Finance Officer. She is a graduate of Business Administration with specialization in Accounting from the Gedu College of Business Studies (class of 2012). Rinchen is from Kurtoe, Lhuentse.
