Sonam Wangmo is the Senior Administrative Officer of the Trust Fund. She joined the BTF in 2001. A graduate with Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas, El Paso, Sonam heads the Administration Division overseeing administrative matters pertaining to the organization, Board services, human resource and facilities management. Sonam is from Samkhar, Trashigang.
